Get marketplace signals for a batch of seekers

POST

/ubm-contact-request/seeker-signals

Returns what SMG marketplaces know about each seeker in the batch, across all agencies and not only the calling one: how many listings they inquired about, and the price and living space ranges they asked about, per window. With a propertyReferenceId, it also says how well that listing fits each seeker.

Counting. Only buy inquiries delivered to the lister count, once per seeker and listing: asking twice about the same listing counts once, a re-published listing counts as a new one.

Scope. An API key only learns about seekers who sent a lead to one of its agencies in the last 12 months. A propertyReferenceId must belong to one of the key's agencies.

Absence. A value that is not known is omitted, never null. A present 0 is a real zero, except in listing: Data counts a missing price, living space or location as no match. A seeker without data, outside the caller's scope, or who never inquired about the requested propertyReferenceId, has no entry in data. Match entries to the request by seekerEmail, not by position.

Freshness. Data refreshes daily, so an inquiry made today shows up tomorrow. Counts cover the whole marketplace, not only inquiries to the caller.
